This is another perspective of the beloved stripe. I am always inspired by the dream state and the cartoon-like illustration of storybooks and fantastical illustrations. My intention here was to have the whole piece dance with the colors, illuminating a tropical forest in a rich and dramatic way. This piece invokes deep feeling and laughter, while engaging the imaginative state and inducing peace and relaxation. Deep within the design of the work is my interpretation of the medicine and dream like mythology of the amazon under the sparkling night sky. Can you imagine the feelings you may feel if you were there right now?
